I'm as transparent as they come. Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI in a loving and respected family. My personal, and family values, were instilled in me by my parents and two wonderful, older sisters. They created a foundation within me that I am now building around my own family. I'm married to the greatest woman alive and my best friend (Jen), and we have 4 remarkable children: Jacob (22, graduating Senior at Cal Poly SLO), Lauren (19, sophomore at Cal Poly SLO), Santiago (16 Junior at San Dieguito Academy) and Matthew, the cutest little 10-year-old 4th grader you'll ever meet and attending Flora Vista Elementary in Encinitas.
I moved to San Diego in the summer of 1994 and fell in love with the fact that I can raise my kiddos outdoors and in the elements. I love being a dad, it's my greatest gift and favorite way to spend my time. Outside of that, you'll find me swinging a tennis or squash racket here and there, a pickle-ball paddle, and/or camping with the Indian Guides with my youngest son, or hiking one of the thousand trails that Southern CA has to offer with my bride and kids!
