Training Camp Hygiene

This is a full-day, full-team Camp that includes:

- Roles for each team member in building a high achieving hygiene department

- The "rules" around a successful hygiene department - what the vision, leadership, communication and relationships look like

- A business model for the hygiene department

- 3 strategic plays for growing a hygiene department:

        - more per visit -  focusing on fluoride and our 3 Level approach, Advanced Technology Oral Cancer Screenings and the Hygiene Product Center/Laser Hygiene

        - more frequency - 3 paths of care: healthy, gingivitis, periodontal disease

        - more patients - we look at how even our prophy patients can have risk modifiers that would benefit the patient by coming more than twice per year
